1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Highly Remote. When you open our website, create an account, or use anything we offer (together, the "Service"), you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. If any part of them doesn't work for you, please don't use the Service. The Service is run by Brandzzy, registered at Balasore, Odisha, India, India.

2 Service Description

Highly Remote is a curated job board. We gather remote openings from employer career pages and other public sources, check them, and put the ones that pass in front of members looking for remote work in India.

We are an information service and nothing more. We are not an employer, a recruitment agency, a staffing firm or a placement consultancy. We take no part in interviews, shortlisting, offers or salary talks at any company listed on the board. Your application goes straight to the employer, and the hiring decision is entirely theirs.

3 User Responsibilities & Conduct

How you use the Service, and what comes of it, is on you. Use it lawfully, honestly, and in line with these Terms.

• Don't use the Service for anything illegal, or in any way these Terms don't allow.
• Don't share, sell or lend your login. One membership is for one person.
• Don't try to get into an account, listing or part of the site that isn't yours.
• Keep your password to yourself. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you.
• Don't scrape, copy in bulk, or republish our listings or content anywhere else.
• Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep them current.

4 Service Disclaimers & No Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Highly Remote makes no promises of any kind, spoken or written, about how the Service will run or about the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of anything on it. Listings come from third parties and can change or be withdrawn without notice to us.

5 Payments & Third-Party Processors

Access to the full board needs a paid membership: a one-time payment of ₹899 that covers one year. Payments run through third-party gateways such as Razorpay. When you pay, you also accept the terms and privacy policies of whichever processor handles your transaction. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which gives you a seven-day window.

Where our liability ends

• Failed payments: if a payment fails because of a gateway error, bank downtime, a network drop or insufficient balance, that sits outside our control and we aren't liable for it.
• Double debits: when a bank charges you twice for one attempt, the gateway usually reverses the extra amount on its own within 24 to 48 hours. That reversal is the gateway's process, not ours, though we will help you chase it.
• Disputes: anything to do with how a payment was processed goes to your bank or the gateway, with the transaction reference in hand.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Highly Remote, along with its owners, directors, employees, contractors and partners, will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss. That includes lost income, lost opportunity, lost data, wasted time or damage to reputation, arising from:

• your use of the Service, or your not being able to use it;
• anything a third party does or posts on or through the Service;
• content, listings or information you obtained from the Service;
• anyone gaining unauthorised access to your account or your data.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the membership fee you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7 Safety Guidelines & Fraud Protection

We check every listing before it goes live, but job scams evolve quickly and no review process catches everything. Stay alert, and tell us the moment something on the board looks wrong.

We are not liable for any loss, damage or harm that comes out of your dealings with an employer, recruiter or other third party you found through the Service. If you spot a listing that seems fraudulent, write to us at hello@highlyremote.com and we will take it down while we look into it.

8 Intellectual Property

The design, code, layout and original writing on this website belong to Highly Remote. Company names, logos and brand marks that appear in listings remain the property of those companies and are shown only to identify the employer behind a role. The job summaries, verification notes and editorial content we write are ours, and you may not reuse them without written permission.

9 Changes to Terms

We may revise or replace these Terms at any time, at our discretion. Changes take effect as soon as the updated version is posted here. We don't send individual notices when that happens, so it's worth checking this page now and then. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new version.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Balasore, India.

11 Assignment

You cannot transfer these Terms, your account or your membership to anyone else. We can transfer them, along with our rights and obligations under them, without asking you first, as part of a merger, acquisition, funding round, reorganisation or a sale of all or part of the business, whether the buyer sits in India or outside it. These Terms carry over to any successor or permitted assign, and after such a transfer any reference to "Highly Remote" means the new owner of the business.
