Every posting goes through a human before it reaches you. We confirm the company is real and registered, check that the hiring contact is on a company domain, read the role to make sure it's genuinely remote, and look for the usual red flags like upfront deposits or training fees. Anything we can't verify simply doesn't get published.

Yes, though we'll be straight with you: remote roles skew towards people with a bit of experience, because companies hiring across distance want someone who can run on their own. You'll still find entry-level openings in support, content, sales development, QA and design. Filter by experience level and you'll see exactly what's open to you.

The number moves every week, because roles get filled and we take down anything stale. Think in the low thousands of live listings at any point, with fresh ones added daily. We'd rather show you a smaller board that's current than a huge one full of dead links.

Fully remote is the whole point, so that's what we list. No hybrid roles wearing a remote label, no "remote for now" postings that quietly expect you in an office next quarter. If a role has a location requirement, like a timezone overlap or occasional travel, we spell it out on the listing.

It depends entirely on your field and how much experience you're bringing. Support and operations roles tend to start around ₹3 to 6 lakh a year. Engineering, product and design sit much higher, and roles paid in dollars can go well beyond anything a local salary band would suggest. Where an employer shares a range, we show it on the listing.

No, and we won't pretend otherwise. Some fields, like software, design, marketing, finance and customer support, have plenty going on. Others are thin, because the work genuinely can't be done from home. Take a look at what's live in your category first. If there isn't enough to justify the fee, the 7-day refund is there for exactly that reason.

Tell us what you're looking for, pay the one-time fee, and your access link arrives by email within a few minutes. From there the whole board opens up: search, filter by role, salary and experience, and apply to anything you like. Applications go directly to the employer's own hiring page or inbox. We're not in the middle of that conversation.

₹899, paid once, for a full year of access. That's it. No per-application charges, no premium tier hiding the good listings, no commission if you land a role. If the board isn't giving you anything worth applying to, write to us within 7 days and we'll refund you in full.

It doesn't. There's no auto-renewal and no card saved on file waiting to charge you in twelve months. When your year is up, access simply stops. If you want another year, you choose to pay for it. Nothing happens quietly in the background.

Most members who apply steadily hear back within a few weeks and sign something within two to three months. The people who move fastest are the ones applying to ten or fifteen well-chosen roles a week with a CV that actually matches the posting. Two applications a month is going to be a long wait, whichever board you use.

No. We're a job board, not a placement agency, and anyone promising you a guaranteed job for a fee is selling something else. What we promise is that the openings are real, the companies are real, and nobody's going to ask you for money. The interview and the offer are between you and the employer.
